DNA Noodle

When Hannah was sick the other week (she's all better, thank you!), we made homemade chicken noodle soup. While I was rolling and cutting the noodle dough, Hannah was stirring the soup.   She turned around and saw this:


She said, "That's like chromosomes!"

It sure does look like a messy karyotype, doesn't it?

Exactly!! I collab in a high school biology class and today was our first time looking at karyotypes. I love Hannah's connection here. How cool!
