He is 10, numbers don't mean a lot to him. He can usually count to 10 and then does well if we say 20 and he can continue if we give him the 30, 40 etc. He does not like cuisenaire rods. We have started simple adding with a number line which he seems to understand. I am just wondering if I could just get the shapes. I have a teaching degree and have been home schooling for 24 yrs. Child # 5 just graduated and we have only our son to go. He can read some and we think he might be starting to understand phonics.Cindynoreply@blogger.com
